Wyckoff & Associates, PC is a Colorado Springs CPA firm that is seeking an experienced Staff Accountant.  This position has the flexibility to work remote or in one of our two locations.  
Our primary focus is small business clients and individuals generally within the local area. Our services include accounting, tax, consulting, payroll and write up.  The Staff Accountant will prepare income tax returns for corporations, partnerships, trusts/estates and individuals. The Staff Accountant will oversee the write up and payroll services performed by paraprofessionals and less experienced professional staff.  The position entails direct client interaction.  From the beginning, you will be a part of a mentoring program in which you will be working side by side with experienced staff and principals who are committed to both your success and the firm’s.

Our organization uses Thomson Reuters Virtual Office including Ultra Tax, Practice CS, Go File Room, Advance Flow, Firm Flow, Sure Prep, and ACS.  We utilize Thomson Reuters Checkpoint, and Checkpoint learning for our research and CPE.  


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting, or business administration.
• CPA or CPA candidate.  
• Three or more years' experience.
• Ability to work in a team environment, familiarity with technology, Microsoft Office, desire to learn and a commitment to excellence & team work.   

Salary range is 75k to 120k and depends on experience.
